The use of the Website of the accommodation and any of the services incorporated therein implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy below.

1. DATA COLLECTION

In accordance with current legislation, it is hereby informed that the personal data requested in our forms will be included in a file of personal data whose controller and owner is the accommodation. Likewise, by completing any of the forms with the personal data requested and accepting their submission, you expressly authorise the accommodation to process or incorporate into its automated files the personal data provided through the aforementioned forms, as well as any data generated in relation to your participation in or use of the various services offered on this website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of collection, all personal data requested are mandatory as they are essential elements for the management, maintenance and control of our contractual relationship. Failure to provide them will result in the impossibility of processing your request or providing the contracted service. Personal data will be collected exclusively for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.

The user must fill in the forms with true, accurate, complete and up-to-date data, being solely responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, caused to the accommodation or to any third party as a result of completing the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data or with data relating to third parties. You undertake to communicate any modification that may occur in them in accordance with the procedure established in section 4.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

The data provided will never be used for a purpose other than that for which they were supplied, and will be immediately cancelled when they are no longer necessary for such purpose, except when otherwise established by law.

With respect to the contractual relationship: To manage the booking you make and to process your request to register as a client of the accommodation and the subsequent commercial relationship. In those cases where necessary, additional data may be collected such as the age of guests or health data where required for the preparation of the stay (baby cots, food allergies, etc.).

To manage the obligations arising from the contracting of the products or services provided by the accommodation.

To proceed with the collection of amounts due when a booking is cancelled outside the applicable deadlines established for this purpose, where applicable.

With respect to legal obligations: Communication to public authorities, regulators or governmental bodies which the accommodation is required to carry out under laws, legal regulations or regulatory obligations.

With respect to the legitimate interest of the Accommodation: To carry out commercial and/or advertising actions or communications related to products or services similar to those contracted with the Hotel.

To conduct satisfaction surveys related to the products and/or services contracted by you, in order to assess your satisfaction and improve the accommodation’s processes and services.

3. RECIPIENTS

Pursuant to the provisions of section 2, the Accommodation may disclose your personal data to the following entities:

  • Public authorities, regulators or governmental or judicial bodies in those cases where it is necessary to do so by law, local regulation or in compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Third-party entities with which the Accommodation has contracted the provision of services, including but not limited to: legal and/or accounting advice, technology service providers, IT service providers, etc.

4. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

The consents granted in the cases provided for herein may be revoked by you at any time, upon simple request. Data subjects have the right to:

  • Request rectification or erasure
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing
  • Request data portability

If you believe that the accommodation has not respected any of the aforementioned rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

5. RETENTION

Your personal data will be retained for as long as the contractual relationship between you and the Accommodation remains in force and while liabilities may arise from the execution of the contractual relationship, as well as for compliance with other legal obligations by the accommodation.

6. SECURITY

The accommodation has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of personal data and has installed the technical means and measures within its reach to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration and unauthorised access to the personal data provided.

7. COOKIES

Through this notice, the accommodation informs users that it uses cookies when the user navigates through the various screens and pages of the website. The cookies used by the accommodation are stored on the user’s hard drive but cannot read the data contained therein or read cookie files created by other providers. The accommodation uses cookies in order to recognise registered users and to provide them with a better and more personalised service. They are also used to obtain completely anonymous information on access data (date, time, frequency, etc.), to measure certain traffic parameters within the website itself and to estimate the number of visits made, so that the accommodation can adjust and tailor the services offered more effectively. Nevertheless, the user may prevent the generation of cookies by selecting the corresponding option in their browser programme. In this case, the website will remain operational, but without the advantages of personalisation.
